Year-End Extended Support Hours

To assist you with your Year-End processing, the CBS Support Center will keep the following special schedule on December 30, 2011 and January 2, 2012:

Friday, December 30th - Support hours extended to 6:00 p.m. EST

Monday, January 2nd - Support hours beginning at 7:30 a.m. EST

E-mail Issues on Internet Branch server, camsbycbs.net

Administrative e-mails created by the Internet Branch server, camsbycbs.net, are not functioning correctly. In essence, password change e-mails, transaction confirmation e-mails, etc., are not being received by their intended recipients.

We are working on the issue, and we will alert you when it is resolved.
