Issues with Latest Adobe® Reader®
The latest version of Adobe (10.1.2) disrupts PDF streaming in Microsoft®Internet Explorer®. The symptom is:
"PDFs in a browser appear as a grey box and don’t display."

What does this mean for Internet Branching users? This affects Internet Branching for members using Internet Explorer trying to display eDocuments.
Workaround: For CU members with this problem, one solution is to use a different browser. Firefox doesn't have a problem with this neither does Safari or Chrome.
Another solution is to change the settings in Adobe to force the PDF to open in Adobe itself. To do that: Open Adobe, go to Edit > Preferences > Internet and clear the Display PDF in Browser check box.
What does this mean for CAMS-ii customers? We continue to recommend that you do not update Adobe Reader and that you set Adobe Reader not to auto update.
There is no fix yet from Adobe.
