REMINDER: IRS e-File Submissions to CBS, February 17 – February 24

Beginning today--February 17, 2014--please begin to submit your IRS e-Files to CBS. Please submit the e-Files by February 24, 2014.

Reminder: We changed the starting date to February 17th so that you can ensure that your electronic file submissions to CBS have been verified for accuracy, meaning that the forms have gone to your members and any errors have been corrected BEFORE submitting the files to CBS.

If you are a CAMS-ii Online customer you are NOT required to export your IRS tax data to CBS, but you MUST send an email to cbsservices@camsbycbs.com to notify us that you are ready for CBS to export your IRS tax file.

Check Ordering

If you are getting ready to order new check forms from Jim Williams Business Forms or any other vendor, please contact Andrea Herring at 919-736-2228, to discuss the NEW check options that exist for your credit union--IF you have not already contacted her about the new check options.
