Reminder: IRS e-File Submissions to CBS
For those credit unions using CBS's IRS Electronic Filing Services, please prepare them between now and February 28th, 2015.
Please note the following:
Please make sure that you have corrected any errors to members' forms before exporting them for upload to CBS.

Account Recap Error: No Audit Log
We have found a bug with the Account Recap program where the Audit Log portion of the Account Recap report does not print if the credit union has only one office.
This bug has been fixed, and the fix will be included in the next CAMS-ii Release, version 5.3.0, tenatively scheduled for March 2015.
In the meantime, here's a workaround for this error—
To view the Audit Log protion of the Account Recap report:
- Go to Back Office > Standard > Utilities > Server Logs Viewer
- Click the CAMS-ii Data Server option button, and then click Accept. The Server Logs Viewer table appears.
- In the Filter by text box, type .txt., and then click Filter. Files with the .txt ending appear in the Server Logs Viewer.
- In the File Name column, locate the cup4141accrued.txt blue link, and then click it.
- A confirmation pop-up dialog appears. Click OK. The document appears in a separate screen as a PDF document.
