Internet Branching “Send eMail” Disabled
The Internet Branching "Send email" feature has been disabled. This means that you cannot send out group messages via the Internet Branching Send eMail facility.
Sending emails in this manner does not comply with the Federal CAN-SPAM Act and could result in tough penalties.
This action does not affect eAlerts.

Passwords Required on PDF Documents
Some credit unions have reported that Forms or Receipts prompt for a password. We believe that this may be caused by Adobe Reader DC and a recent update that Adobe has released.
To fix this situation, you must first uninstall Adobe Reader DC:
In Microsoft® Windows® 10 Go to Settings -> Apps & features -> Adobe Reader DC icon -> Uninstall.
Once you have uninstalled Adobe Reader DC:
- Click on this link to download and install Adobe Reader XI from the Adobe Reader download site:
- Once you have saved, AdbeRdr11000_en_US, go to the folder where you saved it.
- Double-click the AdbeRdr11000_en_US file.
- Choose the default installation.
