Enhancements to our Phone System to improve your calling experience
Dear CBS Customer,
On September 1, 2006, we are implementing a change to our phone system to improve your calling experience with us. On this date, you will no longer be required to input your 4-digit Customer Identification Number (CIN) for support, when calling 1-800-759-2267 (1-800-SKY-CAMS). Instead, the phone system automatically routes your call, based on your credit union’s Support Services Agreement and Guaranteed Response Time. Additional staff resources will also be available to answer incoming support calls and to retrieve voice messages related to support calls.
These changes are part of our on-going Customer Support Initiatives to provide the best possible service to all of our customers, while taking into consideration the level of support that each customer is entitled.
