New Online Issue Tracking System
Commercial Business Systems has instituted a new online Issue Tracking System that allows you to submit support items and view their progress and resolution directly over the Internet. You can also send attachments (screen shots, reports, and so forth) and correspond with CBS Support Associates.
CBS intends that you use the Issue Tracking System as your primary means of communication--instead of emails, phone calls, and fax--with CBS Support concerning software and hardware issues, software bugs and program enhancements, and requests for Support and Sales information.
As always, we encourage you to call the CBS Support Center to report an emergency situation: server down, cannot power on a PC, etc.
Your inquiries are available to CBS associates almost immediately, and they become a permanent part of the Issue Tracking System. The Issue Tracking System generates an email when the issue is closed/resolved.
If you have a login and password, you can access the Issue Tracking System from the Level One Help menu (Help > Access to the Issue Tracking System). If you do not have a login and a password, please contact your credit union management.
The CAMS-ii Help System has more information about using the Issue Tracking System at CAMS-ii How-To’s > Help/Issue Tracking.
