Customers on Fifth Third Real-Time Authorization Only
The ATM Recon Balance report is out-of-balance for Monday, October 1. This occurred because Quarter-End batch processing ran Sunday, September 30 and generated an extra Teller Transaction Summary report the totals for which are not included with the ATM Recon Balance report for Monday, October 1.
To remedy this situation, you must perform a manual reconciliation process using an
Excel spreadsheet, which is available in CAMS-ii Help (CAMS-ii How-To's > Back Office > Standard > Card Services > Real-Time ATM > About Real-Time ATMs > Daily Recon Worksheet.xls).
Please contact CBS Support for the procedures on how to use this spreadsheet for reconciling with Fifth Third for Monday, October 1, 2007.
