Submitting Information/Inquiries/Enhancements about Regulatory Compliance Issues
Understandably, we have been receiving lots of inquiries, enhancement requests, and supplementary information concerning the many regulatory compliance changes with NSF fees, Overdraft Privilege, ATMs, and the like. We encourage you to continue sending us information, requests, and inquiries. However …
Because we want to handle your inquiries, requests, and information efficiently through one source, please submit them only to the CBS Issue Tracking System, to include sending PDF, e-mails, and Word documents concerning compliance issues as attachments to the issues. Submissions to the CBS Issue Tracking System are available to all CBS Support Representatives immediately after you submit them. We cannot guarantee that e-mails and faxes will receive timely responses or recognition.
To facilitate this process:
+ Please type Regulatory Compliance in the Summary section of the Issue.
+ Please use Issue Type 30 for Request General Information.
Please note that we do not offer regulatory advice/opinions; however, we will use the CBS Message Center and release notices to announce regulatory compliance changes/enhancements that affect CAMS-ii as we develop them.
Please address any questions concerning this announcement to the CBS Issue Tracking System.
