Resetting an Internet Branching Member’s Security Authorization Questions

Have your members forgotten the answers to their Internet Branching Login questions? If so, Credit Union staff with Internet Branching Admin privileges can now reset the answers so that members can re-enter their answers.

Just log in to your Internet Branching site with Admin privileges. Go to Userid Administration , click the appropriate member's userid, and click Erase Security Questions. When the member logs back into the IB site, he/she will be presented with the security question setup screens. The member's userid and password are not affected by this.

Remember, it is your responsibility to positively identify your members when they call to reset their security questions.

Using the Document Retrieval Manager (DRM)

The CAMS-ii DRM uses PDF files with Adobe® Reader® to give you options for handling your CAMS-ii documents and reports. You can read a report/document, print a report/document, and save a report/document just as you would any other PDF document. You can also print only a page or two from a report/document.

This makes it no longer necessary to print any of your reports/documents... a money saver for your credit union!
