LASER PRINTING

As you may be aware, CBS will discontinue all updates to non-laser forms on December 31, 2007. CBS recommends that all printing should be done on laser printers. If you have any questions about the options you have for laser receipt, notice, and/or check printing, please contact CBS Sales using the Issue Tracking System or by emailing sales@camsbycbs.com.

Issue Tracking Summary & Description Fields

The Issue Tracking Summary field is intended for a brief summary of the issue, not an extended description. Please use the Description field to explain the issue in detail. Please remember to provide as much information as possible about the issue (error messages, any changes made to the system, what you did preceding the problem, etc.).

If you do not provide sufficient information initially, it is likely that you will receive an email from our support staff asking you for more information.
